You need two web pages: a sales page and a thank you page. The sales page describes your offer and has an order button which takes the customer to your payment processor. When your customer completes payment, your payment processor directs them to your thank you page. This is where you have a link that your customer can click to download your digital product (many times this is simply a link to a zip file that they can save on their computer).

If you are selling a physical product, you would typically thank them for the purchase, provide estimated shipping times, and perhaps a contact form. Flex ePayment will immediately email you the invoice that includes your customer's shipping address.

You need to choose a refund policy for your product. The month after your refund policy period is over, your payment processor sends you payment for your sale - minus transaction fees and affiliate commission, if any. If your payment processor is Flex ePayment, you get paid in the manner of your choosing and any affiliate commissions are automatically paid for you.
